Jiangsu Fengchang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is a well-established enterprise specializing in electric motor maintenance. Founded in 2018, it evolved from Kunshan Zhengchang Electromechanical Maintenance Co., Ltd. In May 2021, the company relocated entirely to Jintan and commenced formal production, employing more than 120 staff members. The company mainly provides maintenance and upgrading services for various large and medium-sized high/low-voltage AC motors, DC motors, generators, synchronous motors, explosion-proof motors, fans, sewage pumps and special motors. It also offers on-site inspection, repair and installation of motors, mechanical processing, and sales of motor accessories. Equipped with first-class, complete and advanced facilities in China, the company owns: 23 cranes of different specifications within 100 tons, a 5-ton fully automatic commutator undercutting machine, a 500-ton hydraulic press, two sets of VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment (6-meter and 2.5-meter diameters), dynamic balancing testers ranging from 0.5 tons to 32 tons, SKF on-site dynamic balancing instruments, SKF spectrum analyzers, SKF on-site laser alignment instruments, Shanghai Jiezhi motor partial discharge detectors, horizontal gantry milling machines, a 3×2.5 m vertical lathe, a 6×2 m horizontal lathe, stacked frequency load simulation testing for high-voltage AC motors up to 6,000 kW, no-load testing for high and low-voltage motors up to 25,000 kW, and DC back-to-back load testing for equipment up to 3,000 kW.
