Committee of Experts

The Committee of CITRE

In response to industry development needs, the Consortium has established the following special committees. Each committee is formed on a voluntary basis by member units, and is under the unified coordination and management of the Secretari:

1.Committee on Turbomachinery Equipment for Multi-energy Complementary Distributed Energy, Green Hydrogen Full Industry Chain, CCUS Whole Process and Cutting-edge Energy Scenarios.
Against the backdrop of energy transition featuring coexistence of new and traditional energies, this committee is committed to providing members with R&D guidance on turbomachinery equipment supporting cutting-edge energy scenarios, including:Micro gas turbines (MTG) and miniaturized steam turbines for multi-energy complementary applications such as wind-solar-storage-hydrogen integration and combined heat and power (CHP); High-efficiency small-scale steam turbines with full-flow passages for low-grade heat sources; Liquid hydrogen turboexpanders for the hydrogen energy sector, and large-scale turbo compressers for green ammonia and green methanol synthesis; CO₂ centrifugal compressors for carbon capture, and turboexpanders for CO₂ hydrogenation to methanol/synthetic fuels in carbon utilization.

2.Committee on Testing, Intelligent Operation & Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis.
This committee conducts performance testing and experimental verification on turbomachinery products of member units, assists in solving on-site faults, and puts forward optimization and improvement plans based on fault handling. Taking on-site fault resolution as the starting point, it completes unit retrofitting and traces design defects, forming a closed loop of “fault solution – retrofitting and optimization – design iteration”. It helps turbomachinery equipment achieve energy-saving R&D upgrades and enables enterprises to develop a new generation of more efficient and energy-saving turbomachinery units.

3.Committee on Standards and Certification.
The committee promotes Chinese turbomachinery OEMs’ participation in the formulation and revision of international turbomachinery standards; explores certification mutual recognition mechanisms with authoritative international institutions, improves the efficiency of international market access for products, connects the “standards – certification – market” chain, and supports domestic turbomachinery equipment to compete in the global market.

4.Overseas Market Service Committee.
For member units in accordance with the law, the committee provides support services including interpretation of policies and regulations, overseas risk assessment, legal and taxation support, engineering connection, and localized operation in overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa
