Everllence has been awarded a contract to supply two RB compressor skids for Thailand’s first Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project. The units will support PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) in capturing and store up to 1 million tons of CO₂ per year at the Arthit gas field in the Gulf of Thailand.

Four-stroke HydroPoLEn project develops hydrogen-capable test bench

The combustion chamber test platform consists of three test facilities, namely the high-temperature high-pressure optically accessible combustion test rig, the full-temperature pressurized single-can combustor test rig, and the full-temperature full-pressure single-can combustor test rig, with a total of eight test stations.It features high-parameter operation, multi-fuel capability, multi-working medium adaptability, systematization and high-precision measurement. It can support the complete forward R&D process of gas turbines, ranging from fundamental research on combustion theory, R&D of key technologies such as fuel nozzles, to the development of combustor components.For the first time in China, full-temperature full-pressure tests have been carried out on full-size single-can combustors for heavy-duty gas turbines using natural gas blended with hydrogen and pure hydrogen. The test support capability has reached an internationally advanced level.
