PowerChina Turbine Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Turbine Technology, formerly Chengdu Power Machinery Factory) is a subsidiary of PowerChina Equipment Group Co., Ltd. The company has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. It possesses the capabilities for domestic EPC equipment maintenance projects, flue-gas and air system optimization projects, general contracting of electromechanical engineering, and professional contracting of environmental protection projects. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a vice-chairman unit of the Fan Branch of China General Machinery Industry Association, and a council member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.

Founded in October 1958, the company is located in Wuhou New City, Chengdu, covering an area of 134 mu with a building area of 46,260 square meters and a registered capital of 400 million RMB. It is equipped with a 6,500 kW full-size fan performance test platform, a 710 kW metro fan test bench, as well as jet fan test benches, blower test benches, and duct; wind chamber model test benches. It has introduced advanced flow field analysis and calculation software such as Numeca, CFX and Fluent to support and design. Meanwhile, the company has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign institutions and enterprises including Germany TLT, Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Southeast University, boasting strong;D and testing capabilities.

The company has developed and designed more than 30 series and hundreds of specifications of products, with an annual capacity of over 700 sets of various large-scale fans and corresponding accessories. Relying on its strong technical R&D strength and complete quality assurance system, the company provides complete sets of ventilation, heat exchange and water treatment equipment as well as system solutions for power, metallurgy, metro, tunnel, mine, wind tunnel and other related industries.

As the largest supplier of power station fans in China, the company has been awarded;Excellent Enterprise in National Power Industry;Trustworthy Enterprise in National Power Station Equipment Manufacturing; by China Electricity Council. It has ranked among the top three in fan reliability in the national power industry for consecutive years in the power station equipment reliability statistics released by China Electricity Council.

The company has built a 4S maintenance and warehousing service platform, stocking commonly used spare parts for various models. For fan maintenance, upgrading and renovation in power stations, metallurgy, wind tunnels, rail transit and other fields, it can provide users with timely, standardized and high-quality one-stop services. It has signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements on fan spare parts with State Energy Group, China Datang Corporation, China Huaneng Group, Zhejiang Energy Group and Inner Mongolia Energy Group. As a leading enterprise in the global industrial wind tunnel sector, the company has participated in the design and construction of a large number of technically advanced and high-performance wind tunnel systems, including those of China Automotive Engineering Research Institute (Chongqing), China Automotive Technology and Research Center (Tianjin), GAC Group and Geely Auto, setting several world records. In recent years, the company has continuously expanded its business in metro, tunnel, utility tunnel and water treatment engineering fields. It has supplied tunnel fans, metro fans, jet fans, supporting control systems and auxiliary equipment for a number of national key tunnel traffic projects, and successfully implemented multiple water treatment projects including power station wastewater, desulfurization wastewater and tunnel sewage treatment.
