The unit adopts a steam-turbine driven barrel compressor design, with an inner cylinder length exceeding 2 meters and a weight of up to 40 tons. The extraction and reassembly must be performed with strict horizontal control (less than 0.10 mm/m), requiring extremely high precision.Carelessness during lifting and reinstallation could cause equipment damage or safety incidents, posing a severe test to the technical competence and experience of the maintenance team.
